on May 17, 1961, this 1961 Corvette Convertible has been upgraded
with some nice features including power front disc brakes and
leather seats with heated driver's side, and is in very nice
condition as well. This car's paint is good-vg, with a great shine.
Cloth convertible top is vg, and chrome bumpers and exterior door
handles show a vg finish. Weatherstripping is exc, and taillights
are vg. A set of chrome Foose wheels has been added, and BF
Goodrich G-Force Comp-2 A/S tires are sized 215/55/17 in the front,
with 235/55/17s in the rear. These tires show an average of 8/32nds
(89%) tread depth remaining. The interior of this 1961 Corvette
Convertible shows exc leather seats, vg-exc carpet and gauges, good
condition dash pad and seatbelts, and vg door panels. A Custom Auto
Sound AM/FM/BT radio has been added, along with Kenwood kick panel
speakers, smaller diameter Red/Black steering wheel, aftermarket
tachometer, SunPro water temp gauge (mounted under the dash), LED
courtesy lights, and a Red leather shift boot. Additions to the NOM
327ci engine in this car include a chrome air cleaner, chrome air
cleaner wingnut with bowtie logo, Holley carburetor, Edelbrock
Torker aluminum intake manifold, MSD Billet distributor, MSD
Blaster ignition coil, chrome fuel filter with braided hose,
clearcoated period correct finned aluminum valve covers with Red
corvette script, chrome alternator/alternator bracket/water
outlet/hood prop/coolant overflow tank bracket/brake booster/brake
master cylinder/brake master cylinder cap/oil pan/upper radiator
hose cover, Patriot ceramic coated shorty headers, Red spark plug
wire sheaths, electric fan, and an aluminum radiator. Ignition
shielding is in place, and coil-over rear shocks have been added,
along with drilled/slotted front brake rotors. Frame is solid and
