2004 Chevrolet Corvette Custom
The famous "BLUBYYA" is a 2004 Commemorative LeMans limited edition
that celebrates Corvette's back-to-back victories at the 24 Hours
of Le Mans. Most notable is the stunning Le Mans blue paint, and
the seats incorporate Corvette cross-flags embroidered into the
headrest. This one owner stunning build started with a new 2004 and
has only 15665 miles!
Race-inspired lightweight carbon-fiber hood. This hood is
constructed of single-direction fibers intended to eliminate
waviness. Considerable attention was paid to refinement of the body
by the widened rear quarters, side vents, and front lower spoiler.
The vertical doors are a show stopper!
Specific chassis tuning upgrades intended to deliver increased
performance and more vehicle control, and a smoother ride. The
refinement is in order to diminish the impact of yaw and roll,
particularly in a series of tight corners as on a racetrack.
Aggressive hustling maneuvers from one corner to another in quick
succession. The paint was done by "Trick Shoppe" known for their
top quality show cars. Look closely and you can see the ghost
flames coming over the front noise, hood and out the front fender
side vents.
The pro-built 5.7 liter LS1 has gone extensive modifications
including AFR heads, throttle body, injectors, performance cam,
PROCHARGER SUPERCHARGER, and yes even NOS! Please note the NOS has
never been used, but is fully functionable. 6-Speed transmission
with dual disc clutch and B&M short throw shifter and 4.11 rear
end gear ratio. Full polished stainless steel exhaust system and
headers. At 640 plus HP this is "Beauty and the Beast!"
Custom made 18" wheels (335mm rear width) on TOYO Proxes R 888
275/35ZR18 99Y fronts and 335/302R18 102Y rear tires.
At a build cost of over a $120,000.00 dollars (have all receipts)
the "BLUBYYA" has won over 100 first place trophies! Overwhelming
