Vehicle Description
1956 Chevrolet Corvette Pro Touring Custom
You have just came across one of the coolest old 1956 Chevrolet
Corvettes on the road. The C1 Corvettes have a beautiful cool look
on there own but this one has really been taken to the next level.
The C1 Corvette was produced starting in 1953 and was introduced
after the top of the GM Styling Section started being exposed to
the MGs, Jaguars, Alfa Romeos, and other European sports cars.
While this car resembles those original C1s this thing has been
brought to the modern era of performance. It was a fresh full frame
off pro touring build with nothing left untouched. The body of the
car is in excellent condition throughout with beautiful pearl White
paint and Silver coves. The chrome work is beautiful as well along
with the all the original stainless trim. Looking this car over
closely you really aren't going to find a single weak area. The
Black convertible top is in great shape and the car looks good with
the top up or down. Under the original gas door the car now has a
custom billet gas cap. The car has a great stance and sits on very
clean U.S. Mags custom wheels wrapped with Nitto tires.
Paired perfectly with the vintage Corvette look is a brand new LS3
motor under the hood. The engine compartment is extremely clean
being painted a matching pearl White along with custom Corvette
engine covers which are painted to match as well. It has an
aftermarket aluminum radiator with electric fans keeping it always
running cool. The car sounds very nice with ceramic coated headers
into a Borla X pipe Exhaust system. Mated to the motor is an
automatic with overdrive transmission that shifts well. The
undercarriage of the car is extremely clean and the car sits on a
custom chassis. It was very well built to handle its new
performance. A lot of it was painted in a pearl dark Gray paint so
you would have no problem throwing mirrors under this thing at
shows. The car has a more modern front end and coil over
suspension. It also has power disc brakes under all four corners.
This car was really built well and set up to be an excellent
driver.
The interior has some of the original layout but was completely
redone with custom Black upholstery. As with the rest of the car it
is in excellent condition. The dash is beautifully painted to match
the body and topped off with Classic Instruments gauges. The door
panels have a really neat look with custom stitching that was very
well done. The trunk has been upholstered in the same way and
houses a custom mounted spare that matches the wheels on the
car.
This is such a cool car that has a ton of time and money invested.
The amount it cost to build far exceeds our asking price.
There is no way you could replicate this car for only $149,500.00!
