1957 Thunderbird Black! 312 CID Automatic Driver Quality Owned 44
years
Looking for a great opportunity to own a '57 T-Bird at a great
price? This is one you can start from the first day enjoying the
pride of ownership of one of the most recognizable collectible and
classic cars in the world. She has been with the current owner
since 1977 (44 years!) and has enjoyed a well kept life. Our seller
was a recent college graduate the summer he first brought her home.
It has never undergone a complete restoration, and has simply been
used as a fair weather driver during our short driving season for
collectible cars. It was sold as a "soft top only" Thunderbird when
new, and the Ford-o-Matic Automatic transmission and seat belts are
the only options noted. This is a '57 Thunderbird that you could
easily enjoy without any restoration, just because it's such a cool
car to own and drive! You could even enjoy the local car shows and
display it as "unrestored", with a great ownership history and
story to share. There is so much upside potential with this one.
Even though it has not been restored during our sellers 44 year
stewardship, you could make it a project to improve the cosmetics
and restore over time as you wish, or simply continue to enjoy it
as it is.
