Vehicle Description
This 1990 Jeep Wrangler is a well-done tribute to everyone's
favorite tractor. You'll marvel at everything from the iconic color
to the lawn tractor seats. But also don't forget that underneath it
all is still quite a capable 4x4.
This is the theme build you never knew you always wanted. The color
is John Deere Green, and of course, you'll be hearing a very
specific country tune in your head every time you lay eyes on it.
It's a well-done package with custom decals for the hood,
custom-painted wagon wheels, and even a little running deer logo up
front. And because a Deere and a Jeep both like to get down to
business, nothing here is too fancy to make you nervous about
enjoying it all. Plus, this one has a lot more going for it than
just a fun color theme. It truly is ready to take on the toughest
turf with the tubular steel bumper w/bull bar, lifted suspension,
liner paint on the fenders, wider tires, step bars, and a newer
exoskeleton cage. There's even a proper trailer hitch so that you
can two a real John Deere with you.
This Wrangler comes with half doors and a full soft top package for
when you want to button-up. But really, you're going to want to
open this up to the world as much as possible. That way you can
show off how the front seats were changed to lawnmower bucket
seats. Not only does the vibrant yellow look cool, but also anyone
with a few acres knows how these can be comfortable for plenty of
hours at a time. There are even added armrests. Rugged John Deere
floor mats, yellow inserts in the rear seats, storage boxes, and
yellow seatbelts all complete this custom style. Just like the
exterior, the interior is also appealing for more than just the JD
appearance. This generation of Wrangler has one of our favorite
Jeep interiors. The speedo is laid out directly in front of the
driver for proper ergonomics, and then the rest of the gauges
spread wide across the center to remind everyone that this was a
serious machine. And there's also room for added comfort with the
cold-blowing air conditioning and an upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo
w/Bluetooth.
Under the hood is the correct 4.2-liter inline-six. Jeep people
know this powerplant was derived from the tough-as-nails AMC line
of motors, and so you get durability and economy. You'll even spot
some good features, like an Optima red top battery and a newer
radiator. Plus, with fuel-injection and the control of the
five-speed manual transmission, this is always a lively machine.
Around town, you'll appreciate the power steering, power brakes,
and front discs. Out on the trail, the two-speed 4x4 transfer case
delivers exactly what you want in a Jeep.
Only two things are missing from this custom build: a Joe Diffie CD
and you. So if you love two iconic and hardy American brands coming
together, you know this is the custom John Deere Jeep for you. Call
