Vehicle Description
A distinct and uniquely American sports racing car, envisioned by
its creator, Bill Thomas, to take on the Shelby Cobra in the World
Sportscar Championship, with clandestine support from Chevrolet.
This car is a tribute to the original 12 examples, produced with a
new ground-up spaceframe chassis, reinforced and improved with
heavier-duty tubing and additional bracing. Equipped with a
Chevrolet 383 cubic-inch small block, with a Muncie M21 4-speed and
Corvette rear suspension. Driven by the late author and experienced
racer Michael Argetsinger at Road America with impressive results.
