This 1934 Ford 3-Window coupe is a complete custom build, where the
stance, big exhaust tips, and shining V8 on display tell you it has
style and power. Plus with the modern-style A/C interior, it was
truly built to be a driver.
This coupe seems to take all the best elements we love in a street
machine custom. The body is fiberglass for easy care and better
weight, but essential pieces like running boards are done in steel.
It has got a cool chopped-top profile and American Racing wheels
staggered 14/15-inches front/rear for a sporty stance. And the rear
end is detailed with pinstripes, blue-dot taillights, and a
frenched license plate. Plus, it's all dipped in a red that
provides the right gloss to show off the classic pre-war
curves.
The suicide doors are always a cool look, and they open to reveal a
custom interior. It has the dark look you want in a speedy coupe,
but the exterior red returns on the dash and seatbelts to break up
the sea of black inside. There are good comfort features, like an
AM/FM/CD player with Bluetooth, provisions for power windows, and
cold-blowing R134a air conditioning. And this all comes together in
a car built for driving. That's why you have modern high-back
bucket seats. Plus, there's a Grant sports steering wheel on a tilt
column, crisp white-faced gauges, and a B&M floor shifter.
There is a hood that comes with this coupe, but really, you want to
keep that shining V8 on display for everyone to see. The tidy look
of the belts, wires, and hoses gives you a clear view to the metal.
And while it will be hard to find another component that can be
polished, you'll be even happier to know there is substance behind
all that style. This is a 400 cubic-inch V8, which gives you a big
block displacement in a small block size. It's upgraded with a
Holley four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock Performer EPS high rise
intake, an aluminum radiator, and headers. A driver's coupe like
this also means good features, like a Mustang II-style independent
front end, power brakes w/front discs, and a three-speed automatic
transmission.
This is a Ford coupe that's already done with the features you
want. So if you're looking for a turn-key head-turning cruiser,
