For Sale: 1934 Ford Roadster in Sterling, Illinois

Vehicle Description

This gorgeous Roadster has a Gibbons Body upgraded with hidden hinges, a recessed firewall, a smooth dash as well as pre-hung and latched suicide doors. The heart of this Hot Rod is a 454ci V8 fitted with aluminum heads and a 671 blower which obviously is putting a grip of power to those fat BF Goodrich 295/50R16 rear tires. The engine is adorned with a chrome water pump, a chrome serpentine belt system, a chrome alternator, chrome valve covers and dual chrome Edelbrock carbs. It is fired via a MSD electronic ignition and sounds just plain nasty ripping through its ceramic coated Sanderson Street Rod Headers and performance exhaust. It has a performance built T-400 tranny putting power to its 9” rear end.  The attention to detail goes far beyond the engine bay with its chrome adjustable coil over shocks on all 4 corners, 4 wheel disc brakes, chrome A-arms up front, a 4 link rear as well as its chrome rack and pinion steering. The frame and all of the undercarriage components have been chrome plated, painted or powder coated making this Hot Rod as cool to look at from the bottom as it is the top. The interior has a full custom 2 tone purple leather upholstery with flames designed to match those on the paint as well as cockpit cover. It has power steering, a Lokar shifter, a complete set of Williams Street Rod gauges and a brand new Alpine sound system with a BT stereo, 6 speakers and an amp that we just installed. The hood is hinged with recessed latches and the trunk is controlled by a power actuator. It has a gorgeous chrome windshield with an awesome metallic purple paint job adorned with silver flames on the hood, body and firewall. The exterior is topped off with a billet grill and a set of Weld Racing billet rims that match the steering wheel and it has a hideaway license plate that you simply just push up or pull down. All said and done over $80,000 was spent on the build of the Hot Rod which is completely evident after closely inspecting it. It was completed just over 15 years ago and has been driven 12,055 miles since. Everything is working as it should. They only thing this Hot Rod needs is a new home. We have priced it aggressively so if you like what you see you best pick up the phone as this one will not last long!
