This 1965 Chevrolet C10 Stepside has a terrific vintage style. But
the moment you dig a little deeper, you see big investments in a
restomod that has a fuel-injected V8, overdrive transmission, A/C
interior, and much more. It all makes this cool-looking classic
also an awesome cruiser.
Red is a timeless color that always looks good on classic machines.
The gloss of the paint also does a great job of showing off the
well-done sheetmetal and the C10's distinctive tapered waistline.
And speaking of gloss, you can tell there was a solid investment in
the bumpers and grille to make sure the chrome is radiating. Other
bright pieces like the Rally wheels and the dual exhaust tips hint
at the extra power in this pickup. But it's the glossy real wood in
the truck bed that reminds you why you love a classic truck.
The interior is a thoughtfully done full package that gives you
plenty of well-integrated modern comfort. For example, you have the
classic bench seat, but not it's done in supple leather. We have a
receipt for over $2,600 investing in a professional interior.
That's why there are cool details like how inserts in the door
panels and steering wheel coordinate with the seat, and the
carpeting has a plush feel and bold red Chevy bow ties in the floor
mats. The radio is an upgraded AM/FM digital tuner with aux input,
and the controls for the ice-cold air conditioning are neatly added
to the dash. In fact, the boldest pieces inside are the
driver-oriented upgrades. You have a polished sports steering wheel
on a bright tilt column. And there's an even bigger shine on the
gauge panel that houses your full upgraded readouts.
The tidy engine bay loves to show off the upgraded heart. This
5.3-liter fuel-injected Vortec V8 was a 2k low mileage motor when
it was installed in 2013, and so that means you have quite a modern
powerhouse in this very vintage Chevy. A Wilwood brake master
cylinder, serpentine belt system, Optima red top battery, and an
aluminum radiator also show there was an investment in overall
quality. It fires up readily like a good FI machine, and the dual
exhaust has a powerful but dignified note. This was built to be a
good all-around driver with the C10's desirable trailing arm rear
suspension, power steering, power brakes, front discs, and a
four-speed automatic transmission with high-friendly overdrive.
Complete with build receipts, this is a vintage truck that gives
you a sharp classic look, hardy V8 power, and all the right
features for true enjoyment. Call today!!!
