classic automobile and truck business. When the 5.9L 12-Valve
Cummins engine was introduced to Dodge's D/W truck lineup, it
created a new standard for OEM diesel performance. The 1st
generation 5.9L Cummins had unique specs never before seen on a
diesel pickup truck, including a Holset turbocharger and direct
fuel injection. In addition to the increased power already
available with its sturdy construction, the 12-Valve is capable of
vastly increased output while maintaining its renowned superior
reliability. Our 1991 Dodge D350 is a fine example of this
legendary pairing. This nicely equipped workhorse features the
Getrag 5-speed manual transmission, power steering, power front
disc brakes, power windows, power door locks, air conditioning,
tilt steering column, and a newer Pioneer stereo. The previous
owner kept a mileage log after the odometer stopped at 151K, for a
total of approximately 156K miles. A 2019 refresh included new
front upper and lower control arms, new shocks, a new center link,
new radiator, new rear main seal, new pressure plate, new clutch,
new inner tie rod ends, and new wheel bearings, races, and seals.
The interior is nice but shows a little wear, a repaint of the
correct white is serviceable but not perfect, and she feels as
strong as a turbocharged ox! These 1st Gen 12-Valves don't last
