This was a meticulous nut-and-bolt, frame-off, rotisserie
restoration. The firewall was raised, welded to windshield frame
and smoothed. The rear quarter ends were welded to the
quarter-panels to eliminate the factory seams, and the marker
lights were removed for a smooth look. A custom pop-out gas cap
cover was also fabricated for a smooth look. Metal fender flares
were fabricated and welded to the body for a factory-like
appearance. The exterior body is laser-straight with precise gaps
throughout. The body was finished in PPG Deltron Harley-Davidson
Root Beer Brown, which was applied over a black base. This color is
stunning in every sense of the word. The body color is complemented
by a light tan top that fits like a glove. The paint quality was
done to the extreme and is truly outstanding. A custom Bronco side
stripe decal was applied to highlight the bodyline. All the glass
and rubber seals are brand-new. Some of the exterior custom
features include the wipers with chrome motors, chrome mirrors,
1967 Bronco silver front grille, Oracle LED headlights, chrome tow
hooks, 1967 Camaro chrome front bumper, 1969 Camaro chrome rear
bumper, polished aluminum door hinges, electric and illuminated
running boards. It sits on new Moto Metal chrome 20-inch wheels
with Nitto Trail Grappler M/T 295/55/20 tires. The exterior is
complemented by a fully custom matching interior. It's equipped
with a custom roll cage for extra strength that was painted to
match the top. The metal dash and center console was fabricated and
looks amazing. The front bucket seats, rear C10 seats, door panels,
kick panels, rear panels and center console was upholstered with
two-tone Ultraleather, which is extremely soft to the touch. The
brown seat belts and carpeting really match well. Some of the
interior features include Marshall white-face gauges with GPS
speedometer, billet knobs, tilt steering column, custom steering
wheel, billet window cranks, Vintage Air heating and air
conditioning, stereo system, PCS push-button transmission control
pad, auxiliary outlet, storage unit, and front and rear cup
holders. The painted engine compartment is highly detailed
throughout. Many items, such as hoses and wires, were hidden for an
organized look. The Bronco is powered by a new Ford Coyote
5.0-liter V8 crate engine that runs excellent. Some of the custom
upgrades include painted valve covers, pulleys, polished intake and
Optima battery. The engine is cooled by an aluminum radiator with
electric fan and billet overfill reservoir. A fabricated painted
radiator cover was installed and looks great. The engine breathes
through a custom exhaust system that sounds sweet, exiting the
custom tips. It's equipped with power steering and a billet
reservoir. The engine is coupled to a new Ford 4R70W 4-speed with
overdrive automatic transmission. The transmission operates with a
PCS push-button control pad and is equipped with a transmission
cooler. The power is transferred to the rebuilt Ford 9-inch
posi-traction rear end with 4.56 gears. The 4x4 transfer case was
also rebuilt and works great. The painted undercarriage is highly
detailed throughout. The undercarriage is displayed with lights and
mirrors. The original matching-numbers frame was smoothed and
painted. A custom gas tank was fabricated and painted to match. The
entire suspension system is new with many parts throughout,
including a lift kit, custom trailering arms and Rancho shocks.
It's equipped with Wilwood 4-wheel disc brakes and much more.
