This 1971 Plymouth Barracuda convertible underwent an extensive
rotisserie custom build with photo documentation. This Resto-Mod
nicknamed "Killer" is powered by an Arruzza HEMI 525ci, 965hp
engine built by famed Mopar HEMI Engine Builder John Arruzza from
North Carolina and is complemented by a pistol-grip TREMEC 5-speed
TKO transmission. Specifications include custom-built three-piece
Asanti rims: Monster 20-inch rims on the back with Massive Mickey
Thompson 29x15 20LT tires and 18-inch rims with 26x10 tires on the
front for an aggressive stance, all on custom air-ride suspension.
Stopping power includes 4-wheel disc brakes with 4-piston front and
6-piston rear callipers with vented and drilled rotors. Custom
suspension build includes AlterKtion complete K-member front
suspension and Reilly Motorsports Street-Lynx adjustable 4-link
coilover shock rear suspension as well as Air Ride Technologies
ShockWave front and rear, and Fab 9+ 9-inch Ford differential with
4-link rear suspension with air bag and shock combo. The suspension
is all equipped with a fabricated front crossmember, tubular upper
and lower control arms, and a front sway bar. This Plymouth is also
equipped with a Be Cool aluminum radiator, a complete March
Performance serpentine belt system and power steering. This
Plymouth is beautifully finished in correct FJ-6 Sassy Grass Green,
HEMI Billboards and a Shaker HEMI hood featuring a power top and
custom leather seats inside. This is a real-deal 1971 Barracuda
convertible that still retains its original Data Tag and VIN.
