Please visit www.Survivor-Cars.com for additional photos,
information and a video. Cool, rare and fun are three ways you
could describe this 1973 Ford Mustang Convertible with bold
styling. This car is a trifecta of fun! It's a Mustang, a muscle
car, and a drop top all in one.
Ford only produced 11,853 Mustang convertibles for 1973, only 1,957
with this engine and transmission combination, and only 573 with
this color and convertible. The 351 Cleveland under the hood
breathes through a Mach 1 style hood with open air cleaner and
purrs through dual exhaust with chrome tips. It rests in a very
nicely detailed engine compartment with power steering. The V8 is
mated to a C4 automatic transmission which connects to a Ford 9"
rear to put the power to the ground.
The interior is in great shape with Blue vinyl bucket seats &
center console. Mach 1 stripes with Magnum 500 wheels give this car
a very muscular profile. Front and rear spoilers and bold Mach 1
striped decals finish off the look, making this car attractive from
every angle. The trunk is nicely finished with a correct trunk mat
and spare tire.
