For Sale at Auction: 1965 Factory Five MK1 in Las Vegas, Nevada
This Factory Five Racing MK1 roadster sports a glossy yellow paint
finish, painted black racing stripes, black interior,
ceramic-coated side pipes, hood scoop, driver roll bar, staggered
aluminum wheels and polished components all around. Under the hood
sits a Ford 302ci V8 engine that has been stroked to 347ci with
electronic fuel injection. Power is provided through a BorgWarner
T5 5-speed manual transmission and a Ford 8.8-inch rear end with
3.73 gears and limited-slip. The interior is fitted with bucket
seating, Simpson 4-point harnesses, black vinyl upholstery, black
carpeting, wood and polished aluminum 3-point steering wheel,
gauges, floor shifter, JVC head unit, JL 6x9 speakers, and plenty
of room in the trunk. Underneath it is in as nice condition as it
is on top, including the frame, floors, fuel tank, fuel and brake
lines, rear end, driveshaft, transmission, engine oil pan, power
rack & pinion steering components, independent front suspension
with adjustable coilovers and upper control arms, adjustable
coilover rear suspension and exhaust headers. Included with this
roadster with 6,796 miles (the title reads mileage exempt) is the
assembly manual, Factory Five Racing information package, paint
