For Sale: 1967 Ford Mustang in Lutz, Florida

Vehicle Description

An attractive color package, proper V8 power, and a great GT kind of style make this 1967 Ford Mustang Convertible an all-around attractive pony car.

Vintage Burgundy is a very cool color to have on a convertible like this. After all, we love red Mustangs, and so this gives you a similar tone but with a deeper sophistication. And the darker tone really is in harmony with the excellent-looking black convertible top. The factory-correct color was resprayed late in life to have a nice shine that looks right for a sunshine-friendly convertible. Bright chrome bumpers, styled steel wheels, and the Deluxe hood are all part of a great classic Mustang style. But there's also more going on here. It has the full GT package appearance with fog lights in the grille, proper GTA side badges, rocker stripes, and quad-tip exhaust. So it's always fun to see a pony car that looks like it has some extra gallop.

The factory-correct black interior means you get a similar timelessly attractive color combo even when the top is down. This has the premium Luxury upholstery that's looking terrific, right down to the insignia trim on the seatbacks. In fact, this one has a lot of premium details, like the center console, the working courtesy lights, and the power folding roof. Even the correct Am radio is still there for display. The wood-rimmed sports steering wheel feels good in your hands, and it gives you a good view of the full gauges, including upgraded tach.

The engine bay continues this car's feeling of vintage style with fresher investments. The 289 cubic-inch V8 has a bold blue block, shining valve covers, and a bright air topper. And the tidy wires and hoses give you a good view of it all. The motor fires up with gusto as the V8 inhales deeper with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor. And it all makes for a nice tune out of the dual exhaust. This is a drop-top that was made for enjoying the drive, and so you have a three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes with upgraded front discs.

You're looking at a classic that's ready to open up and enjoy all the sunny days. It's a desirable convertible that's eager to run for the first person quick enough to harness this well-sorted pony. Call today!!!
