Vehicle Description
This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro takes terrific classic elements, like
the four-on-the-floor, racing stripes, and the Rally Sport upgrade.
And it also throws in a touch of modern, including the wheels and
the gauges. The result is a powerful icon with plenty of style.
A bold red coupe with racing stripes painted on top: this Camaro
wants to be seen. In fact, this one has the kind of glass that
really pops in the sunshine. It's not looking to be too showy; this
Camaro just wants to be the car that you drive and people talk
about long after you pull away from the stoplight. We love the
Rally Sport hidden headlight front end. The doors currently operate
manually, and when closed, they set the tone for a very sporty
style. The super scoop cowl hood, deep chin spoiler, and D80
full-width rear spoiler all are part of that classic performance
look you want on a '69. And just for the right hint of added
aggression, you have a great looking set of 17-inch wheels. It's a
little lower in the front and the rear rubber is a little wider -
the result is a terrific stance.
Black always looks good against red, and so this one has an
attractive style. There are even some well-integrated upgrades like
newer floor mats and a retro-style AM/FM radio. But the real appeal
here is the driver-oriented package. You have factory pieces, like
front bucket seats and a center console in-between. Plus, there are
upgrades like the Grant GT sport steering wheel, Hurst shifter, and
crisp white faced auxiliary gauges that help you keep an eye on
what's going on in the engine bay.
Under the hood is a hardy Chevy 350 cubic inch V8. It looks good
with the full orange setup, including the cast valve covers,
radiating within the dark inner walls. It inhales deeply with a
Holley four-barrel carburetor, and it exhales with added power and
authority as headers feed the Flowmaster dual exhaust. Not only is
this a nice power package, but it's also supported by the right
pieces, like an HEI ignition and an aluminum radiator w/electric
fan. The four-speed manual transmission gives you good control over
the V8's power, and that feeds the stout 12-rear end. Add in the
power steering, power brakes, front discs, and wide modern Nitto
tires, and you have a classic made for driving.
This coupe has bold looks and the kind of style that loves to hit
the road. It makes for the kind of icon that you can enjoy to the
fullest. Call today!!!
