Like to drive off road and over things? Mud, sand, gravel, or
whatever else may be in your path? This truck may be the ticket for
you. It's lifted, it's modified, and it has big knobby tires to
provide extra grip for crossing sand dunes, climbing, or mudding. A
383 stroker V8 wears all the right goodies for providing power,
torque, and nice V8 sounds. The exterior is still finished in the
factory Blue, and has been upgraded with a few items. A windshield
sun visor, light covers, a cowl hood, and blue bowties change the
exterior styling up a little bit. A fuel cell is mounted in the bed
of the truck which has been coated with a spray on bedliner and
covered by a tonneau cover. Inside the truck are a pair of racing
seats with harnesses to help keep occupants in place. A grouping of
AutoMeter gauges keep tabs on engine vitals, and a custom steering
wheel and B&M shifter . Much of the suspension is visible
thanks to the fact that the truck has been lifted, leaving no
question about the components used. Mickey Thompson alloy wheels
are wrapped in Mickey Thompson Baja tires. Fox steering stabilizer
shocks and external reservoir shocks at the front of the truck help
with ride comfort. The engine is a 383ci Stroker V8 that features
MSD ignition components, Edelbrock intake manifold, high rise valve
covers, and a 4BBL carburetor. Skid plates protect the transfer
case, and a custom exhaust ends in turn-down tips just aft of the
rear axle. This is a capable truck that can be enjoyed in all sorts
of terrain. A 383 V8, suspension upgrades, tidy interior, and a
clean exterior are high points of this GMC. Be sure to check out
