Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1980 Chevrolet Corvette
coupe 4-speed. DOES NOT RUN. Offered out of an estate where it has
been in storage for a few years. Numbers-matching 350 cubic inch V8
with four-speed manual transmission. Showing 86,000 miles
Cosmetically, this is a nice C3 with attractive red paint over
original doeskin interior. Engine turns freely with the starter but
has suspected blown head gasket and/or other internal problems.
Headman headers. New battery and tune-up items. Electrical items
work including power windows, radio, power antenna, a/c blower etc.
A/C has been converted to R134a. Original alloy wheels are wearing
BFG radial T/As. Nice glass T-tops.
Originally code 58 Dark Green - the rarest of all 1980 Corvette
colors at only two percent of production. This is a clean and
unmolested example that is certainly worthy of an engine rebuild or
replacement given how well preserved it is otherwise. Please note
that this vehicle is located in Savannah, not in our Atlanta
showroom, but may be shown by appointment. For more information
about this 1980 Chevrolet Corvette for sale at Motorcar Studio,
