1965 Ford Mustang Coupe This first generation Mustang comes with
with lots and lots of documentation showing it as a 3 owner car. It
is powered by the correct 289 V-8 Engine with a 4 barrel carb and
Cruise-O-Matic 3 speed automatic transmission with console mounted
shifter and correct rear end. It even has factory power steering,
which you don's see often in first gen Mustangs. This one is an
original A code 4 barrel/3 speed. Finished in correct Silver Blue
Metallic with a Blue bucket seat interior it has a classic look
that really catches people's eye. The floors, frame rails, torque
boxes are all solid. The paint is smooth and glossy, although there
is some slight checking on the hood, the chrome is superb and the
interior is amazing for original. Mechanically is in fabulous
original condition, the runs smooth and quiet and the trans and
rear end excellent. The dual exhaust has a great note and the
correct Styled Steel wheels give it that little extra style. This
one is a great rendering that is sure to please it's new owners and
supply them with years of fun and appreciation. The true character
of this one is supported with an extensive owner history, only 3
onwers and the second owned it for nearly 50 years, with
documentation to substantiate and and all service since the car was
2 years old. If we had documentation on every car we get this
extensive we would be truly blessed. The previous (3rd) owner is
one of our best clients and he knows what a good car is and he
bought this one based greatly on it's provenance and original
condition. The cliche' is "They are only original once!" and other
than minor touch up paint work and replacement of the wear items
this one is exceptional. The odometer reads 87k and there is plenty
of documentation to back that up. If you are after that proverbial
needle in the haystack you need to act now! I'm
