Vehicle Description
1964 Ford Falcon Sprint All of the major metal work was just
completed and the entire car has been painted in flat black.
Originally a blue on blue Sprint with bucket seats and console,
automatic transmission, and 260 V8. New front and rear brakes,
brake lines, gas tank, and recent tune-up. Runs and drives great.
Car can be driven and enjoyed as-is, or can be built to suit.
Straight and Solid car with no rust issues, easy project that you
can drive as you make it the way you want it. For the metal
repairs, the front and side glass were removed, so now the
windshield has a new seal and has been properly installed with all
the necessary hardware and trim... All in excellent shape. All the
side glass has been cleaned and reinstalled with new rollers,
freshly greased tracks and regulators, correct hardware, and proper
adjustments, so they all roll up and down with ease. The entire
front clip (fenders, hood, bumper, latch, stone guard, grill) was
removed as well, and has been reinstalled correctly, with all the
period correct hardware, and the bolts and body fasteners were
cleaned and re- threaded, so any disassembly in the future will be
easy to manage. All of the side trim is straight and beautiful, and
was installed with fresh retaining clips, so everything is solid,
looks great, and is also easily removable if you decide to repaint.
All of the original interior trim has been cleaned, polished, and
correctly re-installed with correct hardware. Newly repaired and
installed cowl area is solid and leak-free, as well as the fresh
air vent. New firewall pad / heat shield. Firewall and floors clean
and solid. Two-speed windshield wiper system is installed and
working great. Heater has new fresh air inlet seal and new defrost
ducting. New blue carpet in box available. I recommend laying down
dynomat or similar sound deadener/insulator on floors before
installing carpet. Radio works, new speaker and antenna. All
interior and outside lights work.
