The Grande Parisienne was the top of the line for Pontiac. It was produced in Canada and has the original high performance Chevrolet 396 HO 325 horsepower engine that has been freshened along with the drive train and new shocks and suspension parts. Numbers matching, all original as Pontiac manufactured in Canada were powered by factory-installed engines, supplied by the Chevrolet division.
Brand new tires, new flow master exhaust system and rust free. Always kept inside a private climate controlled museum. Total engine and drive train rebuild at 64,000 miles. Very low milage of 65,073 miles.
Both Chevrolet and Pontiac were produced in the same factory. As a result, some of the highest performance engines were the HP 396 325 HP. The Grande Parisienne was developed to be both a high-end luxury vehicle and a super-high performance muscle car. The front and rear look like the GTO, with the stacked headlights and rear-end styling.
