1972 Volkswagen camper Westfalia restored new everything interior
and exterior tires etc much more. Has a 1600CC non original engine.
Runs great The vehicle does not have a current registration/tag.
Wheel hubcaps are scratched. general misalignment to body panels,
There are minor misc scratches around the vehicle. Some are too
small to see in photos. The vehicle shows minor miscellaneous dings
around the body. The vehicle repaint shows dust under the paint,
some orange peel, and signs of poor prep. The paint job feels rough
to the touch and it has the texture There are some rust throughout
the van (see the attached pictures) There are some patches on the
floor There are some patches on the rocker panels There is Bondo
throughout the van The right headlight trim is loose. The
windshield has miscellaneous stone chips/wear. slight rust on the
engine cover. The steering wheel shows some wear and tear as seen
in pics. The left sun visor holding clip is not attached. The horn
works. The seller installed a separate button for the horn. The
steering wheel button doesn't work. The seats were newer and looked
good. The interior trim shows normal wear consistent with age. The
furniture is in good condition. The bed and the camper canvas are
newer. There is a crack on the right side of the dash cover by
where the handle on top of the glove box is. The carpet shows
normal wear consistent with age. The aftermarket RPM gauge does not
work.The engine bay looked good overall and showed maintenance. .
The engine had plenty of power and there were no misfires or
smoking. The transmission shifted as designed with no harsh
engagement or slipping. The steering was responsive and the
suspension was firm and the vehicle handled well. There were no
abnormal vibrations or odd noises. The brakes were firm with no
