A 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu coupe given a proper big block
under the hood is truly an ideal muscle car. So when you can find
one that has Super Sport look, an awesome stance, and a well-done
interior, it makes for an ideal hardtop classic.
The blue paint on this coupe is an upgrade later in life, and so
it's the right mix of driver quality while also giving off a
radiant style in the sunshine. But what really makes this coupe
show well is the way they upgraded it with Super Sport style. After
all, it's supposed to be intimidating with a dark side. So you have
the blackout grille, blackout rear panel, and the full-length black
sports stripe in-between. Plus, the addition of black US Mags
wheels with 18/20-inch front/rear stagger gives this a great muscle
car stance. There's even an excellent black vinyl roof that goes
with this black package while also giving a hint of the classic
Malibu premium flair.
The full black interior looks great with all the black accents on
the outside. The seats, carpeting, headliner, and other
fundamentals show quite well. So you'll happily leave the windows
rolled down on this pillar-less hardtop. There's even an upgraded
retro sound AM/FM stereo w/aux input so that you can have your
favorite music going, too. And this is the kind of coupe that was
really made to be driven. You have factory-style driver-oriented
features like the front bucket seats and a center console. Plus,
there are great upgrades with the wood-rimmed sports steering
wheel, auxiliary gauges, column-mounted tach, and a B&M
shifter.
The engine bay is ready for primetime. The smooth black inner walls
funnel your attention to the bold big block in the middle and all
its shining accessories. More than just stylish, this is a 396
cubic inch V8 makes for a great SS396 tribute. And it has the right
pieces for added power, including an Edelbrock four-barrel
carburetor, Edelbrock Performance RPM intake, and a nice set of
headers feeding the dual exhaust. You'll even spot the right
supporting components like a newer distributor and an aluminum
radiator to help keep this full package running cool. Because this
is a coupe that's made for driving, you have features that make it
easy to enjoy, like a three-speed automatic transmission, power
steering, power brakes, and front discs. Plus, those upgraded
wheels means you get to fit modern performance tires.
This is the Chevelle Malibu with a thoughtful SS-style look, and
the right power to back it up. That makes for a total package you
know that you can't resist. Call today!!!
