Cooper Classics is proud to offer for sale this 1987 Porsche 911 Carrera G50 Cabriolet. Likely the best example in the country. If we told you that this car had 3,000 miles you would believe us. This 911 Cabriolet for all intents and purposes, drives exactly as a new 911 Cabriolet would in 1987. It was cherished and pampered by two caring and loving owners, who considered this car their prized possession. In December 1987 Mr. Alan Fisher purchased the car from Essex Sports cars in Maplewood NJ. In June 18th 2003, it was sold to a Mr. Tuttman, who kept it until we acquired the car in Mid 2021. The entire ownership history is preserved, along with copies of the original title. The car has never had any paint work and is all original paint reading 4.5-5 mils on each panel. The car has its original Bill of Sale, Window Sticker and manuals. The top cover had never been used prior to our ownership of the car, and comes with the rarely seen top cover carrying case. The car has been meticulously serviced, just recently receiving a full engine service (including: valve adjustment, cylinder head torqueing, re-seal rocker shafts, distributor cap + rotor, alignment, wheel bearing service and 4 new tires) at RennWerke Porsche to the tune of $5,000+. All records are retained from the car from day 1 and it comes with a thick stack of service records, especially for a car with only 32,000 miles. The power top is original in excellent condition, and has been fully serviced and operates without fault.
