The Ford SVT-engineered 5.4-liter supercharged V8 engine was
enhanced with a Ford Racing Power Upgrade Pack to boost horsepower
to 540 and torque to 510 ft/lbs. The added power came via revised
ignition and air/fuel calibration, a throaty Ford Racing-inspired
dual exhaust and a cold-air intake system that was specially
designed to mate well against the KR's unique carbon-fiber hood.
This KR comes equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission, 14-inch
vented Brembo front disc brakes with 4-piston aluminum calipers,
Shelby Performance exhaust and Ford Racing-tuned SVT suspension.
This KR rides on unique GT500KR 18-inch Shelby Alcoa polished
