This 1988 GMC Suburban Sierra Classic V2500 (4WD) is a 2 owner
vehicle from the Pacific NW. It is an extraordinarily clean rig, as
it should be, from the location it came from. This truck came with
a lot of maintenance records and it has clearly been well cared for
over its life and it was also lady owned since 1995. This Suburban
is ready to enjoy and it runs and drives really nice. The body is
excellent and it is straight and clean!! It was repainted due to
fading and clearcoat issues at some point in its original colors of
Bright Red & Gray. The paint is in really nice condition and still
looks great! It is really a nice color combination. There are no
rust issues with this truck! The interior is also in really nice
condition. It is stock and original and has obviously been well
cared for. It has had a new headliner and dash pad installed which
is pretty common, but the rest is clean and original. It has Power
Windows and Locks with a remote for the locks (switches inside
inop). All of the lights, gauges, heat, wipers are working. The AC
is not blowing cold and the horn does not work.
Mechanically this truck is great!!! As stated earlier this Burb has
a lot of maintenance receipts and it is a very well maintained
vehicle. The engine is the 5.7L V8 TBI that starts easy and runs
excellent with no issues or red flags. It is very stock looking
under the hood. The transmission is the Turbo 400 Automatic that
shifts nice. It is mated to the np208 Transfer Case and the 4WD
works like it should. It has a Corporate 14 Bolt Rear Axle with
4.10 Gears and it is a Limited Slip. The Front End is a 10 Bolt
with 4.10 Gears. Some parts that have been replaced include
radiator, starter, recent tune-up, shocks, brakes, bushings and
more. This is a great running and driving truck for someone.
