Street Rod for your consideration. This T-Bird belonged to the same
family for 35 years as the family's luxurious family vehicle before
being upgraded to the beast it is today. Now it is powered by a
557ci V8 which is capable of producing nearly 1000 horsepower
according to the selling owner. Mated to the large motor is a C-6
automatic transmission with a 3500 stall converter. To make the
immense power this beast produces, it is packed full of upgraded
engine parts. It features Kaase P-51 aluminum heads, Lunati Crank,
Rods, and I Beam, JE pistons and seal rings, Luntani hydraulic flat
tappet cam, Edelbrock intake, Holly 1150 CFM 4-barrel carburetor,
MSD 7AL-2 plus ignition, and PROfessional Products harmonic
compener. All power is routed to the rear wheels through a narrowed
9-inch 430 Sutgrip rear end.
The body retains the original black and silver two-tone paint. It
rides on Weld Racing aluminum wheels wrapped in Mickey Thompson
tires. In the rear is a set of Mickey Thompson Sportsman Pro
31-inch tires. Inside the vehicle is a recently reupholstered
interior with racing bucket seats, a full race-ready roll cage, and
a TURBO Action shifter. It should be noted that this super speedy
Bird retains its original power steering, power windows, and power
