1956 Ford F100 Pickup for sale! Motorcar Classics is pleased to
present this 1956 Ford F100 Ton pickup that has been beautifully
restored, with the body off the frame, to a stock appearance with
an upgraded and reliable powertrain. The truck was subjected to a
frame-up restoration. Everything was either rebuilt or replaced. It
has a fresh 302CI Ford engine, C4 automatic transmission, new
springs, shocks, bushings, bearings, kingpins, driveshaft, fuel
lines, brake lines, front disc brakes, rear end with center
section, fuel tank, gauges, wiring, wheels and tires. The pickup
bed is maple wood, and the body is all-steel. Additional features
include reverse flip hood, aluminum radiator, custom shroud, Locar
shifter and brake, power assist brakes, chrome, bumpers, lights and
turn signals, new window stainless and glass except for the rear
big back window. This is a rare truck, one of about just 5,000 big
back window trucks in total for 1956. The truck also has new cab
mounts and most of the assembly nuts and bolts are stainless steel.
The truck is featured in gleaming black with a red and black
interior and maple bed. The reverse hood opens to reveal the Ford
302 with Edelbrock intake, Edelbrock 4-BBL carb, electronic
ignition, aluminum radiator and BBK headers. It has a Ford C4
automatic gearbox, dual-circuit power brakes with discs up front
and drums in the rear. The dual exhaust has the exactly right
mellow tone that you want in a truck like this. The oversized steel
wheels are fit with 295/60R15 BF Goodrich tires. This is a
well-built F100 that you can drive or show with pride.
