Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1988 BMW E30 M3. This M3
is finished in Hennarot over tan leather interior and has been with
the current owner in North Carolina for 21 years - it has 124,000
original miles. This BMW has been well cared for, garage kept and
serviced by the same BMW specialist for two decades. We believe the
paint to be mostly original (the plastic bumpers and side skirts
were repainted about 10 years ago) and all VIN stickers are in
place. Clean CarFax with no accident history.
Mostly stock - the suspension was replaced with Bilsteins/H&R
springs and a Borla exhaust was fitted under current ownership. The
front seats were recently reupholstered in leather; the interior is
otherwise original and in good condition (including a nice
crack-free dash.
Service within the last 10,000 miles has included a new clutch and
master cylinder, driveshaft rebuild, A/C service, valve adjustment,
cam tower gasket, tune up items and more. Dunlop SP Sports are
fitted on factory 15-inch wheels - they have lots of tread
remaining but are older and we would recommend replacement. A/C is
cold; all gauges, windows and sunroof are working.
The S14 pulls strong and the 5-speed gearbox shifts smoothly.
Records are included from the current and previous owner along with
owner's manual, matching spare wheel, two keys and complete tools.
This is a lovely, unmolested example in a striking color and a must
have for any BMW enthusiast.
