This is a very collectible 1994 300ZX equipped with 5-speed manual transmission. This was part of the Z32 generation of the 300ZX, which included Z’s from 1990 through 1996. The official NISSAN color is black emerald pearl metallic, which is actually a very dark metallic green which also has a relatively new tan leather interior.
It has very cold A/C, and even includes the optional automatic climate - temperature control. The glass T-tops are quickly removable and do not leak. 4-wheel disc brakes, power door locks, power driver’s seat and Z floor mats. Three sets of keys, including the original titanium 300ZX key. Other items included center console, cruise control, anti-theft system, side mirror adjustments, and power antenna.
The original engine has been extremely well cared for – I have had all major engine work completed by Exton Nissan in Exton, PA. It is the standard 3.0-liter V-6 with 222 HP. There was over $6,500.00 and included the complete injector system, timing belt and water pump. It also has a newer radiator system. It is a very reliable vehicle that could be enjoyed for many years.
This car is in outstanding shape, however, I would point out a couple things the next owner could do to make it even more show worthy. This includes the power antenna needs to be fixed, a cable that needs repair, and the latch is broken on the glove compartment, so it will not open. I would be happy to discuss any of these issues with the next buyer.
I am providing the original owner’s manual, as well as all the service records which I have kept along with a summary of services performed on this vehicle.
The 300ZX offered ten exterior and three interior colors in 1994. The one seen here was a very popular choice that year. This Z was done in the black emerald pearl metallic paint – which represented over 22% of the Z’s in 1984. With those choosing this particular paint, over 80% choose the tan interior as it provided a nice combination. The black emerald pearl metallic paint is a very dark green in appearance.
The 1994 300ZX is considered worthy of CLASSIC CAR REGISTRATION in PA. So, once a classic car tag is registered and purchased, a renewal registration every year is not required. If a PA resident would be purchasing this vehicle, they could obtain a normal PA tag and then apply for a Classic tag, or this existing tag could be transferred. However, the CLASSIC CAR REGISTRATION of this transferred tag is the same cost as a new Classic car tag.

There are many articles written about this generation of Z’s. If you are considering a Z, look into this generation of Z’s in articles written by Hagerty and Hemmings.
