This partially restored 380SL is a classic sports car with a luxury
tradition. It is said to be a 3-owner roadster and the current
owner (4 years) has provided extensive service records and the
original sales documentation. The distinctive 2-stage respray
(1995) of the original code 930 Silver Blue Metallic has a fine
luster. Distinctive 15" factory alloy wheels mount UniRoyal Tiger
Paw radials and a dark blue manual softop is in excellent
condition. If you don't like soft tops, bolt on the hardtop
(w/stand) for a completely different look and feel. The original
leather interior with walnut accents is very inviting. Convenience
features include: air conditioning, factory AM/FM sound system,
power tinted windows, cruise control and power locks. For smooth
power, the factory 3.8-liter SOHC V-8 engine w/Bosch K-Jetronic
injection produces 155 BHP and 196 lb/ft of torque that is
delivered through a four-speed automatic/OD gearbox. Our Mercedes
recently received a full service and the camshaft timing chain has
been replaced. Every 380SL is equipped with power steering,
independent semi-trailing rear suspension and ABS 4-wheel power
disc brakes w/vented front rotors (11/10.9"). This stylish ride is
a fine choice as a collectible roadster and should sell quickly.
ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS".
