This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS Tribute has been given big investment
inside and out to maximize its iconic style. And more than just a
street machine stance, you have a performance crate motor and
four-on-the-floor to really maximize the blacktop fun.
Burgundy is a great color to have on this coupe. It has the
aggression of red, but with a deeper tone for distinction. And
since it's a more modern application, there's a nice gloss in the
sunshine. The deeper tones go nicely with the black in the racing
stripes painted on top. In fact, black seems like a full secondary
color with the SS grille, front spoiler, and all that extra rubber
you see on those meaty rear tires. And since this is a complete
Super Sport tribute, you also get other great performance elements,
like the full-width rear spoiler, SS badging, and power dome of the
super scoop cowl hood. Add in some nice shine from the chrome
bumpers and upgraded Cragar SS wheels, and this has an all-around
appeal that goes beyond just its speedy style.
The same classic feeling mixed with the right upgrades continues
inside. For example, the houndstooth cloth inserts in the seats are
iconic. But you can see that the front buckets have better
bolstering than stock, and there's even a matching cup holder
center console in-between. This even has what appears to be an air
conditioning compressor (it will need additional servicing and
parts before blowing cold again.) And because a good restomod is a
great driver, you have upgrades like a wood-rimmed sports steering
wheel, Hurst shifter, and a full set of Dakota Digital gauges.
The fender callouts weren't lying when promoting a 350 cubic-inch
V8 under the hood, but this shining and fresh powerhouse has far
more muscle than the stock ones. It's a performance crate engine
from GM's ZZ series. It's a hot one right out of the box, and it
has aluminum heads, a Holley four-barrel carburetor, aluminum
intake, and a new set of long tube headers feeding the Flowmaster
dual exhaust. It's also supported by the right pieces, like an HEI
distributor, electric fan, an Optima red top battery, new starter,
new fuel pump, and serpentine belt system. The V8 fires up with
gusto, and you have full control thanks to the four-speed manual
transmission that feeds a stout 12-bolt rear. We have a receipt
file that show some recent investments in components, like a
tubular upper control arms, pinion shaft seal, and power steering
pump. So you can have extra confidence in enjoying this one out on
the streets. Plus, power brakes w/discs up front and wide BF
Goodrich T/As give you serious stopping power.
Complete with maintenance records and owner's manual, this is the
upgraded Camaro with distinction, power, and control. So don't miss
this deal. Call today!!!
