1979 Avanti II1979 Avanti II1 of 175 produced this year. Original rebuilt 350 cu.in. V8 engine with an automatic turbo-hydromatic 400 transmission. Demon carburetor and Edelbrock intake. Mechanically the vehicle has been gone through. New replacement transmission at 7K miles. Recently the driver's side hog trough has been replaced. Has been a Washington state vehicle for most of its life.Silver with black leather interior. Older repaint that shows some wear in spots. Seats look to be original but will need some restoring. The carpet has been removed. The chrome still shows well with some slight surface pitting. The floorboards and underside look solid.Overall, this vehicle runs and drives well.
