1965 PONTIAC GTO GENUINE GTO-PHS DOCUMENTED FACTORY 4-SPEED! This
1965 GTO is a factory red car that has been repainted in a base
coat clear coat finish which shows well on a rust free and straight
body. The front and rear bumpers have been re-chromed and are
shiny. All the other brightwork has been polished or replaced with
new. The fit and finish is very nice. The glass is in good shape.
It rides on a set of 14" steel wheels with poverty caps and a set
of redline tires. The engine compartment looks very impressive with
the tri-power set-up and factory chrome valve covers. Everything is
proper and painted nicely. The 400 has been completely rebuilt. You
will hear and feel when all 3 carbs kick in! It has the correct air
cleaners, correct fan and fan shroud. Very proper and correct! The
interior is like new from the headliner to the carpet and sill
plates. Looking at the dash, all the gauges and the speedo are nice
and clear. Dash is nicely painted. The seats have new cushions and
upholstery. The door panels, armrest bases, window cranks and door
handles have been restored or replaced. It also has a factory AM
radio, factory Hurst shifter, front seat belts and an aftermarket
wood steering wheel. All the heater controls slide with ease. The
undercarriage looks to be all clean metal. The front end was
completely rebuilt. The bottom of the motor is clean. The
transmission looks to be original and has been completely rebuilt.
It has a 3:55 rear end complete dual exhaust system with splitter
tips, new gas tank and straps. The floor is painted in a satin
black finish. The trunk is very nicely detailed with a coat of
splatter paint. It has a spare steel wheel with a redline tire and
a jack assembly. This is a nice documented 1965 Pontiac GTO! The
color combination of Red on Red is HOT! It sounds and performs like
it looks with the tri-power! Make it yours!
