2 big binders of documentation. Over $50,000 in receipts. In the
video I made I said there were too many receipts to read. Well, I
couldn't resist and I read them all. One binder is restoration
receipts from previous owner. The other binder is full of original
documents from day one, maintenance records and the car's history.
It was in the same family until 2007. It has 2 original window
stickers, build sheet, glovebox pouch with manuals and documents.
78,559 miles are actual from day one. It has always been a clean
car.
EXTERIOR: The body has original rust free uncut panels. It is laser
straight, no bubbles cracks or damage that I could find. The panels
fit precisely. It was painted over 5 years ago by a reputable shop
I know well. It looks like it was painted yesterday. Smooth, high
gloss finish in it's original Winchester gray iridescent. Clean
jambs. Black anodized hood pins, working fender mounted turn
signals. Wheel opening moldings were replaced, new chrome racing
mirrors, rechromed bumpers. It has excellent glass and
weatherstrips. It has nice looking Ridler wheels with BFG tires,
fatter in back. My favorite part is the Road Runner in the grill
with blood shot eyes and smoking a cigarette!
INTERIOR: It's really great inside this car. It was lined with
sound deadener. The seats have cushions and upholstery from
Legendary Upholstery. The headliner and visors are excellent. Down
on the floor it has new bright blue carpet and a B&M ratchet
shifter. In front of me the instrument panel looks pristine. The
chrome is sparkling, heater controls are excellent, gauges and
lenses are mint. It has a retro stereo. Down below the dash it has
aftermarket oil and water gauges and there's a tachometer on the
dash. The Tuff Grip steering wheel looks new, inside the glove box
is clean and the light works. The interior lights are blue, the
timed delay light over the key works. The door panels are in great
shape.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Performance built 360 with an estimated 400 hp.
It has 10.5:1 compression, Thumper cam, roller rockers, Edelbrock
aluminum heads and Enduroshine intake. It also has polished 600
Edelbrock carb, Summit ignition system and a set of Mancini ceramic
coated headers. It runs cool with a Wizard Racing cooling system
which includes an aluminium radiator, custom fabricated shroud,
dual electric fans with temperature switch, polished aluminum water
pump and overflow bottle. All the hoses are wrapped with braided
covers and has billet clamps. It also has a polished vacuum pump
and reservoir. The front of the motor has power steering,
Powermaster high output alternator and air conditioning. There are
receipts indicating the a/c system has been gone through
thoroughly. It has an NOS heater control valve. Dressed up with
Mopar welded aluminum valve covers. The wiper motor and brake
booster were rebuilt. The engine bay has real clean metal with nice
original paint. The VIN number on the core support and cowl match
the car. Everything under the hood looks like it's proper and
clean.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Absolutely pristine original metal. The original
paint is still shiny and nice. It is complete with the full size
spare and jack assembly. The battery has been relocated to the
trunk inside a battery box with a master disconnect switch. It also
has a power trunk release and LED trunk light. It has sound
deadener on the floor under the mat. Weatherstrip is excellent.
UNDERSIDE: Bottom of the motor is clean, it has a high torque
starter. TCI 727 Torqueflite automatic with 2,200 stall, aluminum
pan and external oil cooler. The driveshaft is rebuilt and
balanced. It has an 8 3/4 rear end, the 3.55 posi gears, axles and
bearings were replaced. The suspension was rebuilt and upgraded
with tubular upper control arms, Edelbrock gas shocks, subframe
connectors and custom swaybars. Rear leaf springs were replaced.
Rebuilt brake system and upgraded with Wilwood disc in front. The
headers are wrapped with heat tape. The exhaust has cross over
pipe, Flowmaster mufflers, stainless clamps and tips. The fuel
system including tank, straps, sending unit was replaced. Rock
solid original metal was cleaned and painted black.
This car is unique. Starting with a very clean car it has been
tastefully upgraded. It has looks, performance and is turn key
ready!
I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for
virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant
