Vehicle Description
This 1967 Chevrolet C10 Restomod has an awesome vibrant paint,
custom A/C interior, four-wheel disc brakes, and an upgraded
suspension with adjustable air ride. And oh yeah, there's also
modern fuel-injected V8 power under the hoods and a five-speed to
control it all!
Only the right truck can wear a red like this. The bold hue is a
confidence color that draws attention with its electricity. For a
color like this to be on a pickup, the body needs to be as straight
as this one, because the high gloss finish loves to highlight
sheetmetal's distinct lines. The modern color really helps to
instantly announce that this is a custom pickup. And there's more
to this truck's bright personality. The chrome bumpers, grille, and
full side trim shine beautifully. There are even LED halo lights to
draw added attention to the bright and clear headlights. And as you
look in the bed, the gloss from the wood treatment and polished
inner fenders all add to the pickup's brilliance. But this truck
also has a dark side. It's not an actual color, but more of an
attitude. The red is aggressive, and so is the power bulge of the
cowl hood. And while those 20-inch wheels add to the brightwork,
it's hard to ignore their intimidation factor - especially when you
dial-in the adjustable air ride suspension for a mean stance.
The red return inside on the dash, doors, carpeting, and most of
the cab. There's also black accenting that's nicely introduced,
like on the newer seat covers that still have red stitching. They
offer individual bucket-like comfort (including armrests) as well
as a middle jump seat when needed. Everything looks crisp and clean
- exactly what you'd expect on a well-done build. There's also
terrific features, like a retro-style AM/FM digital tuner
w/Bluetooth, power windows, and cold-blowing R134a air
conditioning. You'll slip behind the classic NK4 sports steering
wheel, and beyond that is a full Holley EFI gauge package. If that
wasn't already a sure sign of something special under the hood, the
Holley EFI controller screen and number of gears on the floor
shifter confirm it.
The engine bay has the unmistakable look of a serious power
upgrade. This is a 6.0-liter Vortec V8. The programmable Holley
electronic fuel injection system delivers added performance and
consistency, and the header-fed dual exhaust means it always has a
terrific V8 tune. And everything from the serpentine belt system to
the aluminum radiator w/electric fan shows this is a quality build
meant for driving. So you can confidently take full control over it
all with the five-speed manual transmission. The undercarriage
photos reveal just how fresh the total build is. You'll also spot
terrific suspension upgrades like the upgraded A-arms up front,
fresher bushings, and a sway bar for the desirable trailing arm
rear. Add in power steering, upgraded four-wheel power disc brakes,
and the grip of modern performance tires, and you have an
all-around serious performance pickup.
