Here’s something a little unusual...A 1932 Ford Roadster with a Ford engine in it!! And for this particular car, quite a bit of engine I must say!
A 302 stroker, putting the cubic inches at 347, and with the tunnel ram dual quad,,,Well, let’s just say, “It’s more than enough to motivate the little roadster along”. This Roadster is also equipped with a Ford overdrive automatic transmission, so you can blast down the freeway fast enough to give yourself a Jack Nicholson hairline!
There is no top that accompanies the Roadster, so you’ll likely be driving it on sunny days only, but hey, you can always have a top installed if you decide to. This brings me to another point. This ‘32 classic looking Hi-Boy is the perfect palette for someone that likes to improve upon their vintage cars. What I mean is, there’s a few things that could stand to be addressed on this ‘32, such as a non- functioning speedometer, and a trunk latch. Otherwise, hop in, fire up the Ford V8, drop the transmission in gear and keep a free hand available ‘cuz, you’re gonna be waving at passers-by very frequently. With the bright red paint, great hot rod stance, and smart choice of wheels and tires, you’re gonna get noticed...Alot!
Now, keep in mind, this is not an ultra high-end show car with Italian leather interior, chrome everywhere, and only to be driven inside the trailer, and backed out of the trailer at a car show. This is a Hi-Boy Roadster that you can actually have fun with, and believe me, just as many people will look at this ‘32 at the car shows that look at the $60K-$80K variety. A fun car, and and lots of eyeball!
