I've seen, it has obviously been pampered. This is a limited
edition "Bullitt" Mustang that pays tribute to one of the most
famous movie cars of all time. Steve McQueen made the 1968 Highland
green Mustang a legend when he slammed it through the streets of
San Francisco in one of the most famous car chase scenes of all
time. That original car recently sold for $3.74 million dollars!
This car is exactly as it left the factory, the upgrades I talk
about are part of the Bullitt package. Engine performance, handing
and cosmetic enhancements were all apart of it.
EXTERIOR: 1 of only 3,041 painted the signature Highland Green
color. It features a scooped hood and unique grill. The wheels are
a modern version of the vintage Torque Thrust wheels used on the
original Bullitt. They are 17 inch forged aluminum with performance
Michelin Pilot Sport tires. It has brushed aluminum gas cap door
and a bullitt emblem on the trunk. The sill plates say Bullitt too.
The body is pristine, no dents or damage. The paint presents itself
like new, when I wiped the car down I found minor imperfections.
All the plastic and rubber is excellent. The glass is all crystal
clear.
INTERIOR: It is practically brand new inside from carpet to the
headliner. There's no cracks in the plastic, nothing looks worn.
It's not even dirty. The leather sport seats comfortably hold you
in place. Features include power windows, locks, mirrors and seat.
The rear seats fold down for trunk access. It has a good looking
aluminum shift ball and pedals. The only custom feature is the
touch screen Pioneer stereo which has back up camera.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: The motor is a 4.6L V-8 tweaked for better air
flow and power. It includes a cast aluminum intake with dual 57 mm
throttle bodies. It practically looks new. The components, clamps,
aluminum are all clean.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Opens by remote on the key chain. It is lined in
carpet and in excellent condition. There is a car cover included.
The space saver spare has never been removed. The cargo net is
still in the Ford bag.
UNDERSIDE: It is exceptionally clean under this car. The assembly
line markings and stickers are still in place. It is obvious it has
been a fair weather car and stored in a dry environment. The floors
are pristine. The suspension is lowered by Ford. Upfront it has
rack & pinion steering, Ford modified MacPherson strut, swaybar and
coil springs. In back it has 4 link suspension. Subframe connectors
tie it all in together. It has it's original high flow stainless
dual exhaust with Ford right on the mufflers. Upgraded Brembo
vented disc brakes at all 4 wheels, painted red calipers.
This is a limited edition car that is close to new condition. You
can own a piece of the Bullitt legacy!
