A very nice restoration of a classic Country Squire wagon with an
updated powertrain providing outstanding drivability and
reliability. The previous owner reports investing over $55,000 in
the build of this unique wagon. The Ford 5.0 liter fuel injected V8
engine with dual exhaust was sourced from a 1985 Lincoln Town Car
along with a 4 speed automatic transmission with overdrive. The
front suspension is Lincoln Town Car and the wagon features power
front disc brakes, power steering, air conditioning, AM radio and a
power tailgate window. The exterior is finished in its original
color, Tahoe Turquoise, and the paint is outstanding. The body
panels are straight and clean. An exceptionally nice job was done
on the restoration of the faux wood siding and moldings. The
interior retains an original appearance with the exception of
additional gauges below the dash on the driver's side which display
coolant temperature, oil pressure an voltage. The wagon has a
lowered stance and rides on Ridler wheels with P225/55-17's up
front and P255/55-18's in the rear. Overall a great looking vintage
wagon that drives excellent! Note: odometer indicates 14,000 miles
which were sure is in excess of its mechanical limits. Actual miles
not known. Title reads odometer exempt due to the vehicles age.
