Bucket and console interior, Muncie 4-Speed on the floor. Show
quality engine compartment embellishing a performance built 455
engine, topped off with a three deuces, tri-power carburetor setup,
nicely optioned with power steering, power brakes and power
windows.
This is a real 242 vin GTO documented by the original, PHS, Pontiac
Historical Society, documents. The
paint color
has be upgraded to stunning Starlight Black with matching black top
newer bumpers front and back. The paint is very nice but not brand
new and may have minor imperfections from driving enjoyment. The
newer red bucket interior, is code correct, 222 according to the
PHS and shows very well with a great looking center console with
knee knocker tachometer and 4 Muncie 4-Speed to control the power.
The dash and gauges are very nice with newer two hole replacement
stereo system and a nice speaker set up in the trunk. The original
metal structure of this goat is exceptional with structurally
intact trunk, frame and floors. Newer stainless heavy duty dual
exhaust with cutouts for that muscle car sound, new gas tank and
3.23 freeway friendly rear end, rolling on correct Pontiac Rally
rims and new redline tires for the classic GTO look.
