Pontiac GTO convertible powered by its numbers matching 389 c.i.
engine and automatic transmission. This rare Pontiac is documented
as a true GTO by the Pontiac Historical Society and also has a good
folder of receipts from a previous owner in Oregon. Nicely optioned
with power steering and power brakes for easy cruising.
Originally
this goat came from the factory finished in code W Nocturne Blue
but was painted the gorgeous darker blue when it was refurbished.
The body is straight with very good metal structure, fit and
finish. The chrome was redone years ago and still has a great
reflection. The black interior features factory bucket seats, clear
instrumentation, power top, deluxe seat belts, original deluxe
steering wheel and stock Delco am radio. The undercarriage is rock
solid with a one piece trunk pan being replaced at the time of the
restoration. This American Dream Machine is rolling on newer
Coker radial redline tires with correct GTO spinner hubcaps for
drop dead good looks.
