Large TN Barn find 1927 Packard Model 4-26. This is an all-original
car with a flathead 6 cylinder engine and 3 speed manual
transmission. Prior owner added an electric fuel pump to assist
starting, but once started hums like a singer sewing machine!
Vehicle is 2-tone blue and nicely done considering it's vintage.
Vehicle is amazingly solid and straight with no rust or collision
damage evident. I'd say this car is a strong 8.5 overall for its
merits. Starts easily, does not smoke and drives as a '27 did in
its day. Owner advised me that the 'grab bar' on the back seat was
an overcoat bar that reportedly came with 2 overcoats for the
driver & passenger-----long since gone (unverified). Roof rubber is
in good shape. Mohair-type interior is intact. Even the correct
vases(s) that adorned the pillars in the back seat are still
present. Only the left rear door flat glass has a small crack in
one corner. Tires are in good condition. Vehicle is currently
insured for $70k Please Note The Following **Vehicle Location is at
