EXTERIOR:
This paint has a story - Special order 1967 color. It has a dash in place of the paint code on the trim tag. Metal flake is laid out real nice and it has a clear coat finish. There are some minor imperfections but it presents itself really well overall. It's also decked out with the SS emblems, front and rear spoilers and stripe around the nose. 15 inch rally wheels have trim. Tires look like new!. The Rally Sport package would include the hidden headlights upfront, extra stainless trim on top of the doors and relocation of the reverse lights below the bumper. The headlights doors are upgraded with the Detroit Speed electric motors, they zip right open. The trim on the car looks like new. Upfront grill, emblem and bumper looks like new. Wheel well moldings, emblems, mirrors, door handles, grills on the hood look like new. All the stainless trim around the windows, gutters, top of the doors and the rocker moldings. In back the bumper, tail lights, gas cap, and reverse lights are all new. Windshield is new. Door jambs are painted real glossy, has new weather strips. The body is exceptionally nice, its real straight. All the panels fit square and flush. The bottom of the doors and fenders are clean. Smooth all along the bottoms. Doors shut like a new car, windows roll up and down smooth. The glass is all clear.
INTERIOR:
Good looking blue interior. Door panels are new, seats look good. Carpet is a little faded. Has factory console with horseshoe shifter, light works. Instrument area is very clean, the heater control panel is nice. Recently replaced factory AM radio with Vintage AM/FM bluetooth yet still have original. Nice headliner, dome light works. Has all of its original blue seatbelts including shoulder belts.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT:
It has its VIN number matching original 327 Motor. This Camaro is unmolested, it still has its original 2 barrel carburetor. It features factory air conditioning, power steering, and power breaks. Still has factory original air cleaner assembly complete with the heat riser tube. Original manifolds and valve covers. The original spring clamp battery cables are still there. The fan shroud is nice, squirters are hooked up and operational. The firewall is clean original, still has crayon assembly line markings from the factory. THe painted finishes are smooth and tidy.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT:
Real Clean solid original metal. Don't see any patches in the trunk floor. Quarter panels don't appear to have any splices or seams. Has a nice coat of splatter finish paint. Bottom of the trunk lid and the jamb are painted glossy. Weatherstrip and decals are new.
UNDERSIDE:
The bottom of this Camaro is exceptionally clean. The metal is beautiful, it's all semi gloss black. Nice clean seams and factory spot welds. Front end appears to be completely rebuilt. All new bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends, etc. Has air shocks in the back. Bottom of motor is clean, the starter looks recent, flywheel cover is in place. Has it's original VIN number matching Powerglide automatic trans. Also has correct 10 bolt rear end. The dual exhaust was replaced with the correct factory type with the transverse muffler. Fuel system looks fresh, the gas tank is painted silver, new straps. The breaks have recently been replaced. Its updated with discs in front and has braided stainless hoses. The emergency break cable system is complete. Very nicely cleaned and painted.
