Vehicle Description
This 1987 Chevrolet K5 Blazer 4x4 Silverado has the right features
and the right attitude. It's a fuel-injected V8 SUV with an
overdrive transmission and an A/C interior to satisfy your
practical side. And it's also a beefy looking machine with true
off-road prowess when it's time to go wild.
The black and silver two-tone with a red pinstripe makes this look
like the A-Team added a K5 to the roster. And this one certainly
would have been an aid on their missions. The lifted stance, side
step bars, beefy black wheels, and upgraded cowl hood are all part
of a mix of intimidation and substance. There's even liner paint on
the roof and hardtop for added ruggedness. Plus, the bright bumpers
and trim give an added dash of flair on this upper-level Silverado
trim Blazer. The full package is quite striking while also never
being afraid of going on mission at a moment's notice (just like
the A-Team.) And the proper trailer hitch on the rear means you can
bring plenty of reinforcements with you.
The Silverado trim also means plenty of desirable features inside.
The driver's seat feels like a command position with high-back
bucket seats, a center console in-between, and a tilt steering
column to give you a good view of the wraparound gauge panel. There
are handy features like power side windows, power locks, and an
upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo. The rear is spacious, and it even comes
with the desirable sliding side glass option. And don't forget,
that full rear hardtop is removable for a cool open-air style. This
one even has air conditioning to keep you cool whether or not the
roof is out.
Under the hood is Chevy's 350ci/5.7-liter V8. These powerhouses
have a longstanding hardy reputation, and later Blazers from this
generation have fuel-injection for added consistency. So this fires
up readily and runs well. Power steering, power brakes w/discs up
front, and the 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission mean you
have an easy-cruising overdrive machine. Of course, this Blazer was
not just made for the pavement. The two-speed 4x4 transfer case,
lifted stance, and Falken Rubitrek tires give this one the ability
to also be the a confident off-roader even if Mr. T isn't the one
driving. While the odometer shows 65,548, it more than likely has
rolled over. Also, this truck has a salvage/ rebuilt title
status.
This is the beefy square-stance Blazer look you love that's
aggressive enough to be part of your own A-Team. So you know you
don't want to miss this deal. Call now!
