This 1978 Cadillac Coupe DeVille checks all the right boxes. It's
got a sophisticated color combo, a ton of originality, loaded with
features, and a big V8 under the hood. And since it's coming out of
the hands of a GM master tech mechanic, you can see and feel an
extra degree of quality in this quite affordable classic.
The exterior appearance really set the tone for the whole car. The
factory-correct Arizona Beige shows the right signs of bring the
original application. It's not perfect after over 40 years, but it
does have the well-maintained look of distinction that will make
survivor fans quite happy. In fact, when it comes to a
well-respected look, all you have to do is notice the clean and
complete plastic fender endcaps (not many survived on these Caddy
classics). And this has the right Cadillac level of sophistication
in the presentation - especially with the pinstripe that shows off
the crisp body lines and coordinates with the half vinyl roof. So
the overall impression of this car is both highly original and
quite impressive, and that's the right tone for this coupe.
The Antique Beige Leather interior looks great against the
exterior. It's a comfy setup where there is plenty of room for up
to six people. But no matter how many passengers you have, the
driver is always king. The front seat was completely re-covered to
feel fresh and supple. And with a fold-down armrest,
tilt/telescopic steering column, and front power seat, it's easy to
get comfortable even for the long haul. And speaking of the big
trips, the trunk is well-presented, right down to the correct mat,
and it has the kind of space for all your luggage, including the
golf clubs. No matter if you're going near or far, you'll
appreciate how this is loaded with the best features, like power
windows, tinted windows, power locks, an AM/FM stereo, and new
components on the cold-blowing air conditioning.
Under the hood is the big 425 cubic-inch V8. It has an honest look
of a correct Caddy motor, but you can also spot the telltale signs
of the right maintenance - including a newer aluminum radiator,
alternator, and HEI ignition. Emissions regulations of that era had
taken out some of the horsepower, but this Caddy has no trouble
moving because it makes enough torque to rival the modern full-size
Cadillacs. And it has all the right features for an easy driver,
like cruise control, a three-speed automatic transmission, supple
suspension, newer tires, power steering, and power brakes with
discs up front.
This is the cool classic that's also offered for an outstanding
price. That's why this deal is irresistible. Call today!!!
