The truck has an S10 frame, a common conversion for these old trucks. The frame was cleaned and prepped prior to being pained. As part of the restoration, a proper Code 504 frame conversion package was installed.
The truck has 100% new suspension, steering, and brake components.

The brakes are disc in the front and drum in the rear, with all new components, including lines, master cylinder, Wilwood proportioning valve, residual valves, and booster. Emergency brake is a Lokar floor mount, and new Lokar cables.

The Summit Racing steering column is attached to a new factory gear box and Tuff Stuff pump.

All suspension components were replaced, including front coil springs and control arms, and rear leaf springs.

Drive train consist of a 305 V8 with a new Edelbrock Performer intake and carburetor, new aluminum air filter, valve covers, and oil pan. Sanderson ceramic headers backed are by MagnaFlow polished mufflers, and new steel fuel tank. Fuel delivery is by Holley frame mounted electric pump, with all new fuel lines. The new aluminum water pump is paired with new radiator. March serpentine pulley system
