This 1991 GMC Jimmy is an extremely nice that had a very high
quality restoration done a couple of years ago and this thing looks
incredible in person. It is in excellent condition from top to
bottom. This Jimmy spent its life in Georgia and it shows. It was
obviously well cared for and it was professionally restored by the
owner of a restoration shop. He did the truck for his Father and it
was done right. It runs and drives amazing and we found everything
to be working. The body on this truck is lazer straight and the
paint is gorgeous. The Black & Gray 2-tone paint gives this truck a
great look. They added new body moldings, new window seals, new
door seals on the truck when it was painted. The chrome and all of
the trim on this rig is excellent! The underside is also
exceptionally clean and original and they added new body bushings.
The interior was also redone when restored and is also in beautiful
condition. It has all new upholstery, new carpet, new headliner,
and new dash pad. They restored the door panels and instrument
cluster as well. We found everything working on this truck and that
includes the power windows and locks, rear window, ac, cruise,
lights, gauges, heat, everything. They added a nice aftermarket
stereo too!
Mechanically this Jimmy starts, runs, and drives fantastic. The
drivetrain was all redone before the restoration and is dialed in
nicely. The 5.7L 350 V8 engine runs strong and smooth with no
issues and has newer water pump, alternator, and the AC system was
totally redone. The transmission is the 700R4 that shifts great and
was also rebuilt. We did not receive receipts for the Drivetrain
rebuilds. It has the np241c transfer case and the 4WD works like it
should. When they did the body bushings they added a 4 Inch Rough
Country Suspension Lift and it was professionally installed. All
new bushings, stainless steel brake lines, and dual front shock
setup. This is all sitting on a nice set of Aluminum Rims and 35
Inch General Grabber All terrain Tires.
