any questions or details This Ford Track T roadster was initially
the subject of a father/daughter project in 1994-1995, and was
refurbished and modified by Getz Hot Rod Innovations, Inc. II in
Hampshire, Illinois for its second owner in 2010. Power is provided
by a Chevrolet Corvette 5.7-liter V8 paired with a TH350
three-speed automatic transmission and a 3.55:1 Ford 8? rear end.
The car wears fiberglass and metal body panels and features red
bucket seats and carpets, Sanderson exhaust headers, dual
radiators, Carrera coilovers, Wilwood brakes, and chrome suspension
and steering components. The fiberglass body features aluminum hood
sides and was refinished from white and blue to red and black with
white accents during the 2010 project. Details include a billet
aluminum grille and headlamp housings as well as a chrome roll bar,
teardrop taillights, and a louvered rear deck lid. Red 15 Inch
steel wheels wear chrome baby moon hubcaps and trim rings, and are
mounted with grooved 5 Inch-wide Firestone tires up front as well
as 8.20 Inch rubber out back. Braking is handled by Wilwood discs
at each corner. Suspension is comprised of a drilled 46 Inch VCW
front beam axle, drop spindles, front and rear four-link setups,
and Carrera coilovers. The aluminum-lined cockpit features a pair
of red bucket seats with black piping and four-point harnesses from
RJS Racing Equipment. A billet aluminum rear view mirror tops the
tinted windshield. Controls include a three-spoke GT steering
wheel, a floor shifter with an eight-ball knob, and horn and turn
signal switches mounted to the transmission tunnel. The aluminum
dash houses a Sunpro tachometer and Classics Instruments gauges.
The 350ci V8 was sourced from a 1984 Chevrolet Corvette and is fed
by triple 400-cfm Rochester carburetors on an Edelbrock intake
manifold. Additional equipment includes an MSD Digital E-Curve Pro
Billet distributor, Sanderson exhaust headers with glasspack
inserts and Firefly turnouts, a Honda 85-amp alternator, and
radiators mounted both front and rear. A three-speed TH350
automatic transmission routes power through an 8 Inch rear end with
a 3.55:1 gears. The car features a 109 inch frame and a 10-gallon
fuel tank. This Custom Track T comes to the next owner with a
complete catalog detailing all processes that occured duing its
recreation in 2010 which was a no expense spared transformation.
