This game changing vehicle set the Porsche world on fire when introduced in 1999, the drastic change from the air cooled engine that Porsche had developed and mastered, had now become a faster and more efficient water cooled engine. This change allowed Porsche to get more out of its proven 6cyl engines. Many of the Porsche enthusiasts have come full circle and realized how much nicer these vehicles drove, handled and performed.

The car has had IMS bearing replaced with the double row LN kit and the engine was essentially rebuilt and comes with receipts showing so. The current owner had the car recently painted in Pearl White and it shows very well. The interior is very neat and tidy. The rebuilt 3.4L H6 runs flawlessly and the 6 speed manual transmission shifts smoothly as well. The 996 rides on black 19 inch aftermarket wheels and has painted calipers along with drilled rotors.
