The 2001 Honda Gold Wing was a modern revolution: a reverse gear
(awesome!) substantially stronger/lighter frame dropped overall
weight and a big bump in power and handling. The massive torque and
adjustable suspension make the machine feel almost unaffected by
passenger and luggage load. The 2001 Gold Wing ushered in a much
younger buyers market. With proper maintenance a Honda Gold Wing
will easily last over 200000 miles and they have been driven over
400K miles.This GL1800 was bought by a local senior with less than
2k miles on it and has been meticulously maintained - common for a
pilot and former dirt track racer. Less than 200 miles since a
major servicing plus new tires and brakes. Additional options:

Cruise control. Reverse gear. Flat-six 1.8 liter 118 hp engine.
Armchairs for the driver and passenger. Fog lamps. Incredible
headlights. Massive luggage capacity. And for 2001 the new aluminum
beam frame was 118% stiffer than the old bendy spaghetti thing it
replaced. The GL1800 was produced through 2017 - so this 2001 still
appears very modern today. Note: some 2002-model frames were prone
to cracking and were the subject of a factory recall.We offer this
